We offer a 72 hour window from time of payment to ask for a refund. Otherwise, we offer many types of membership options so that you do not have to be locked into a long term commitment.
Cancellations- on annual memberships we require a 30-day written notice. If a cancellation is requested before the 12 month contract is complete a fee of $100 (per person) will be charged.
Holds- on memberships will be granted for vacation or medical reasons with a charge of $15 per month on hold. Must give 30 days prior notice to hold.
